what case/psu should i look for retain most of these? should i retain them? not really much of a gamer anymore

Hard to say, for a retro build I'd personally keep it, but I'm a hoarder.

Selling would make the most sense, otherwise find the cheapest ATX case and A-C rated PSU with 550+w.
