Got a 1080 ti card with water cooling

The fan on the card when start pc spins for couple seconds and is off the whole time is this suppose to be correct or is something possibly wrong

Wonder if the water cooling is keeping the card cooled enough to not turn it on

Sounds like normal operation. Would run a demanding game with a tool to show your temperature make sure it's not melting

GPU fans don't run all the time. Use a lightweight software like HWINFO (Hardware Info) to tract temperatures/voltage/etc

I set HWINFO CPU/GPU temperatures on taskbar
the temperature while running 4x clients of D2R
