PC will be for gaming ,music and some streaming.

Check out my post, it is almost identical needs. Right in that budget - you need some more room get a slightly cheaper CPU/MOBO, GPU in that order.

get the chepeast 6 core zen 4 ryzen am5 you can get your hands on, get a radeon 9070 XT, a decent b650/b650e mobo, a samsung 990 pro (grab a 4 TB one as you said you will be streaming/recording that demands a lot of space), a decent trusted PSU no less than 850W and at least 32 gigs of ddr5 if you want to work/edit on 4k footage.

Get a decent cpu cooler, AIO if you can. Silent and great. Don't cheap out on thermal paste and putty. Kryonaut and Upsiren are good ones.

Overclock and undervolt your cpu, gpu and memory. Push the limits on curve optimizer so it will reduce temps as much as possible. Make sure to hit at least 6000 mhz CL 33 for zen4 infinity fabric sweetspot.

This system should be enough for your needs.

If you ever plan on doing 3d render, fusion work on edits, more than 4k video render, programming etc. Consider buying an 8 core CPU and a good kit of 64 gigs of memory.
