Current setup=
mobo - aorus x570 pro
cpu - amd ryzen 7 3800x
16gb memory

gpu - gtx1070

would like to spend as little as possible but not sure what that amount is

What's your budget?
The ceiling for that CPU is probably around a 4070ti

I would probably get a 4070 or wait for the 5060ti

Used 3080 if you don't mind buying used.
7800XT if you want a cheap 16GB card.

Not sure how much that should be.. The best bang for my buck i guess?

A quick look between 4070 and 7800xt seems to be 100€ difference.

What are you ram timings and speeds? What kind of monitor (native res and refresh rate) are you currently using? And of course you wish to play all games, or just mainly some particular titles?
