Hey there, I am not sure how much this would cost in Canada - but these are components that I have in mind:

Case: Nzxt H5 Flow
PSU: Nzxt Gold Series C1200
Motherboard: X870 Steel Legend
CPU: Ryzen 7 9700x
RAM: Ddr5 32 or 64gb 6400 MT/s as low latency as possible (30-32 ideally)
GPU: AMD Radeon 9700 GRE or Nvidia 4070ti, super or super ti?
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 1-2 TB (depending on your budget, you can expand storage down the line)

The biggest benefit of going with this build is that it's sort of new, and AMD has promised to support this platform until 2027, so technically you get to swap out only a CPU or GPU down the line and extend this platform's life.

Please let me know how much this would cost in Canada and if this is too expensive we could make some adjustments to save money.
