Hello friends. I’m at work on mobile so this will probably look like a mess.

Anyway, I’m thinking of upgrading from 2070s to 4070 super ti (or whatever the name is). Mostly wondering if this is fine, but I also have no clue what, if it matters, brand is acceptable. I’ve been getting poor frame rate on Silent Hill, Alan Wake and occasionally BG3.

2 monitors, 1440p, if I’m forgetting any information, let me know and I’ll add it.

The important parts are here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/q8HkkJ

On another note, for work, I can have like 300+ tabs open. It occasionally gives me issues, idk if upgrading RAM is the fix or not. If I need to upgrade that, I can.

Any brand of GPU is fine, it’s mostly preference really. I went with windforce for my regular 4070

Upgrading ram would help, but I’ve heard of extensions that help with managing tabs as well which might be something nice for you to research to see if it fits your needs :)

4090 or nothing, can't griddy with ray tracing on with such an inferior card.

@op 4070 will do the job you are looking for just fine

Thanks friends. Just got some MSI one that I can pick up tomorrow. I will look into extensions because the amount of tabs hurts my eyes.
