I built this pc in like 2018 with the idea that I would someday upgrade it.

I built it for playing games and I was able to get 144 frames in most games on low settings.

Slowly my frames have been dropping in everything I play.

I'm over it and I just want to know if I should upgrade this pc or buy new.

CPU: Intel i3 8100
GPU: Radeon RX 570
Mobo: ROG strix z390-e gaming
RAM: 16gb DDR4

I would say buy new. You'll basically have to upgrade everything here including the power supply.

Its been 6 years (probbaly 7-8 depending based on your components) so the best option would be to just get brand NEW parts at this point.
