Cloudlifter CL-1 + Sm7db + 4th Gen Scarlett 2i2

Truth of it is I was trying to use 2x pre amps for the hell of it and it will not at all let me use both at once obviously because they both require phantom power.

How do I eliminate and make it to where I can use both
