That is what I was thiking too, I actually forgot to mentioned that when I changed the CPUs initially I had it with the cooling that comes with the CPU, but then I changed it to a water cooler that my friend gave me, but my thermal paste seem to be not as liquid as when I used it the first time so not sure if that has anything to do with it...
Ryzen master is it the same as AMD Software Adrenaline Edition? I'm noobish with this things
Did you clean up the old paste and reapply thermal paste when you changed CPUs? That may be what the issue is. There could also be something wrong with the water cooling setup but the thermal paste is a good place to start
Amd Adrenaline Edition & Ryzen Master are two different programs but I believe they come installed together usually. This is the one I use:
