You can reuse case and psu. Just make sure the new motherboard is the same form factor as the case. In regards to your ram, 64gb is most definitely overkill for 99% of users. From your described use case, 32gb should be plenty. There is DDR4 and DDR5 ram. Most people come to the conclusion that DDR5 is just slightly better than DDR4 performance wise, but comes with a much heftier price tag. Your motherboard also needs to be DDR5 compatible, in which those are generally more expensive also. As for the wireless card, most mobo's come with built in wireless cards and are relatively cheap.
