Ooh...the new bestest case fan...nice find

First things first, have you ever even tried to reverse the rear fan on a case to an intake vs exhaust? I'm guessing not. I have, and tested both airflow with smoke, and temps on my i7 920 oc'd at 4.0. I also have a spirit cooler on it, with the fans rotated to exhaust out of the top and the cooler facing north south instead of east west...not only did my temps drop by 5 degrees idle 9 degrees on load, but I also have considerable less dust now because I now have positive air flow. I added a filter to the rear fan, and even removed one of the 120mm fans off of the spirit instead of 2x in push pull. I also covered the second 120mm fan hole on the side panel, put a filter on the other one with a 140mm fan, and sealed the bottom intake as well. Worked out leaps and bounds better then my previous configuration with fans in the bottom, front, side, 2 top 1 rear...
Just beacause you're used to something and old fashioned doesn't mean that other ideas won't work..I'm in a cm 690, and have no issues with gpu exhaust, and he's getting a Haf x..definitely don't see any problems there.
Personally for me, adding a ton of fans isn't always the solution, not only was dust and heat a factor in my reversal, but so was noise...I ran my 4890 with the fan on 75% pretty much all of the time, and with all of the extra fans on the case + the gpu, my case sounded like a jet engine...now I have less overall fans, and the gpu fan on 40% and it's slightly cooler then before as well. So I gained better temps, less dust and silence...hardly a bad thing, so don't say never
