LOL... I am just getting confused now on how to handle the heat now. Seems to be a lot of hate in this thread.
Honestly, an H20 block etc is a bit intimidating for me.
If I were to go 'Air Cooled', my option I chose was ridiculed. What suggestion do ppl have that's better?
i have a h60
alot of ppl have h50 in here
they come with 5year warranty on 2600k
you will get 4.5ghz oc and its so ez to install
on another note
do you think ull be gettin 3 6970s if not
just get the regular p67 board and save 150bux
how much cash has i saved you as is man 500?
aka

I've been reading the reviews on the 6970s on newegg and they're horrible. Cards seem to run very hot and even freeze etc

They also seem to be quite big. I'm not sure if I would have the proper case to run 2x

the silver arrow is the best cpu cooler on the market
the nh-d14 is after that
thats the silver arrow and the ft02 case and twin frozr 3 gpu coolers
literally the best air cooling solutions on the market
this is my case, i chose the nh-d14
showing you that tall, heatsinked ram can fit easily under the nh-d14
i wish i got the silver arrow, at the time i didnt know it cooled better
live n learn
need to dust this thing out

and he installed it the wrong way
it didnt fit the other way, obviously not a problem for the ft02 because it flips the mobo on its side
