my alienware, just in 4 components (gfx cards), is 3k from newegg.

now lets get the other 15 needed to build whats all in the case.. if u priced out everything individually, which i did b4 i bought it, the alienware only costed $600 more then if u were to buy it all from newegg


but on my alienware, vs the newegg stuff, i get a 4 year warranty... and to me, considering just the graphics cards (all 4 of them) are about 750$ each (evga classified gtx590)...

that extra 600$ for warranty is well damn worth it

EVGA has a life time warranty(one of the best warranties ever, better than Dell) on ALL 590s. You wasted 600USD on a shitty warranty that sucks compared to the one that comes with the cards.

You have 4 590s in a single case? What's the point.. only 2 would be usable.

I think you mistook quad sli as being quad 590s. A 590 is two onboard 580 chips. You overestimated the systems value by an additional $1500. Bravo

the warrantee is for EVERYTHING that was bought with the computer the computer... mouse, keyboard, blue ray drive, wifi adaptor, bluetooth adapter, hard drives, disc drives, burners, ram chips, mobo, heasink, fans, power supply, liquid cooling system... litterally everything

because i wanted to build a budget system once? ever think of that

its like saying, "wh did a build a 500whp 4cyl turbo/alcohol injected dodge spirit if i already have a built muscle car and an outlaw late model dirt track car"

maybe i built it just cuz i wanted too... just cu u already have one thing, doesnt mean u cant build another thing for fun.

If you have the money to build a budget system, why worry about selecting the right things. Buy random shit and fuck it up, its just a throwaway.
