Tell me the size of all the fans you have including the ones you have on your CPU Heatsink and I will tell you the best way to set it up.
Also, before you change anything. I want you to run Prime95 and FurMark while monitoring your temps, you can use CPUID's HWMonitor it is better.
Then run them after again you change it as well to see the difference.

Set up your GPU all in one cooler as an intake in the bottom front like you have it now with the radiator on the inside and the fan directly on the front panel.
Setup the 2nd front fan as an intake, would of been nice to have a 140mm fan in this spot.
Setup your rear fan as as an outtake.
Setup your top fan as an outtake. (This fan can also be taken out all together)
Take out the 2nd fan off you 212 Evo that is closest to rear.

I'm assuming that you have all your fans connected to fan headers on your motherboard, if you don't then make sure you do.
Use software Fan Controller and setup some curves for your fans so they get used at full speed only when you need.
This will make your PC a lot more silent.
Also, set it up so that your exhaust fans spin at 20-40% less RPM then your intake fans.
Try using SpeedFan for your software fan controller.

would not recommend prime95 or furmark lol

prime95 overkill of satan
furmark even worse and just throttles your gpu for no reason. definitely heard bad stories

use aida64, intel xtu or x264 for cpu
unigine valley or new AAA games for gpu

The whole point is to push your PC to the max...
The bad stories are very rare, if your brand new cpu and gpu crap out on you completely new from using Prime95 and Furmark, then you can RMA them and you don't want them in your system anyways since they crap out on you so easily.
If this was a 4-5yrs old system and you are scared, then at that point maybe don't use it. But people have used these tests on 5+yrs systems with Q6600's and Radeon's 5700 series and have had no effect their parts, yes it crashes, but it is suppose to do that when your cpu or gpu can't handle it.

Did what you guys said
The radiator/fan actually still fit with both fans still on the cpu heatsink
temps are running lower by 3-5Cs
thanks again guys
appreciate all the help

no problem, The 2 fans on the heatsink is just unnecessary, nothing to do with space.
Less fans spinning less noise.

Take it out and you will see that temp is going to be the same or maybe 1-2C lower under heavy load.

idk man, on both gpus I've had (visiontek r7 370 & my current STRIX 970) furmark just throttles the card, makes it hit the power limit even with my custom bios on the 970 raising it to 245W (the most I can draw through one 8pin and the pci slot) & drops the gpu voltage

no game will ever do this and its just way too excessive lol

Ok, and did anything happen to your cards??? I'm sure they are fine.
If a brand new card breaks from this test, then it would break in a couple months at most.
In itzpookiie case especially, he would RMA the card with no problems.
The whole point of benchmarking your components is to push them to the limit and see how they perform.
If he wants he can run a less intensive benchmark as well. But if the benchmark has to push the GPU to be used at 100%, any benchmark that will do that is fine.
