are we not doing builds with monitors/mouse/keyboard?
is your budget 2k or 1.2k?

idk if i need an i5 or i7 (i will be streaming though) and also 970 vs 980

ill say budget of 1500 just the desktop

i5 with 980 then.

you don't need an i7 for streaming unless you're gaming at crazy resolutions.

You don't need a 980 for streaming either. and i5/970 will work for streaming just fine and will only cost you about $1000.
