See Mr. thinks he knows it all...I SAID there's no way that you could prove...and I'm right.

The obvious difference is all the little extras that comes with that mobo I picked...and you already know this.

ASUS boards are great, I personally have the Maximus VII Hero. However, other boards like the MSI Gaming 5, Gigabyte Z97X OC, ASRock Extreme 5/6/7/8/9 all work equally the same. I chose the hero because the bios is awesome, its super easy to overclock, the LED Q code panel is in a good spot for my case, and I like the way it looks.

Etc, etc, etc....and there's many more added things on the Hero like you can flash the BIOS with no CPU or RAM or anything in the mobo...it has the ASUS Q-connector, so ya can't mess up the front panel wires. It's has it's own start and reset button ON the mobo...

i personally like cougar and noctua

but honestly even adding one or two 5 dollar fans isnt a bad idea and you don't necesarraly need to spend crazy amounts unless u are going to be stressing your build all day since like i said before computer parts have become ore tolerant and more efficient

No one is saying the extreme 4 is a bad board...just that the Hero is a much better board.
