Higher factory clock speed usually means better binned chip, so the higher clock speed = more overall potential performance. There are of course exceptions to this, and even then, the difference in performance will be little as long as you aren't thermal throttling (card underpowers itself because it's overheating)

So after a lot of asking around, research, and what not:

This is my build I just ordered. I thought heavily on 1 or 2 monitors and I think I want to try out the 1 ultrawide because I like how it looks.

Like it. DVD burner old school! I haven't had one for 5 years and used one since Diablo 3 release night in 2012.

Also I'm not a fan of Razers products. Ive owned 3 of their products both wore down to quickly or bugged.
Brands like Corsair, Logitech and Zowie does it better and cheaper.

He's dumping 4k into a gaming pc all at once, I doubt he cares if he has to spend another couple hundred to replace something down the road.
