Even you admit it's decent for basic use.

I stand by my statement. I haven't had one customer I've used the NEX series on come back to me with a PSU problem.

No.

Yeah, i admit that it's decent AT MOST for BASIC USE
bold, underlined the keywords there for ya.

You can stand by your statement all you want, "nothing wrong with the NEX series"

Aside from pure shitty voltage regulation @ 12v it's a decent PSU at most for basic use, as in simple use like browsing web, emails, media etc.
I wouldn't recommend it when stressing it at all from OCing or gaming etc. He's budget isn't 300-400, it's ~1k.
Nn to cheap out on the PSU when there are other alternatives that are far better quality for similar or cheaper price.

By all means & continue to recommend NEX psus to your "customers" just to be stubborn/ego or whatever other reason you have.
It's hilarious af that you would recommend em, when there are cheaper or similar price alternatives with higher build quality & reputation of psu oems.
Also, some of the NEX series psu's have been discontinued, if not all. I wonder why..

What are a few PSUs you recommend for the mid-lower budget range?

Be nice. Those are my customers, too.

Like Blizz said, we haven't had a problem with any of the NEX series PSUs. If you're posting hearsay stats about this and that, fine. But if you haven't actually owned and tested any of the NEX PSUs, close your mouth, and move on.

Corsair's new CXM series, and the usual suspects that have their PSUs in the $50-70 range are fine. (Corsair, Seasonic, EVGA, etc.)
