microcenter isn't even for nooby nobodies to go in and build a pc btw
you should know your shit before attempting, lol. it's actually pretty sad you couldn't troubleshoot and resolve the bsod issue yourself

i don't think microcenter is in the right in the sense that they should hire competent people considering what the entire company is based off of
but you shouldn't have the expectation they could fix everything just because you want them to.
majority of buyers from pc parts e/retailers have much more experience with computers than the employees themselves lol

should see how best buy trains people.
