i can make upgrades whenever I want? lets say 3 years from now i want a better video card would i be able to do it no problemo?

Add 212 evo, and change psu to evga g2 750 or 850, definitely worth it since u have plenty of budget

And ya u can easily up in 3yrs if u wanted.
