no i7?

i could get an i7 but ud have to drop down to a 970 witch would be plenty imo.

GTX 980 is about 20% faster than GTX 970.
This could be important at 2560x1440 resolution, not so much at 1920x1080.

my build fits your budget with some extra spending money. id do it if i were you. if youre serious about streaming, an i7 and 980 would be a good bang for your buck. a gtx 970 would be sufficient as well.
my build is overkill for the games you listed. if you play more recent games, itll be worth it.

you wont need 16gb ram for streaming. if youre editing your gameplay, you should consider it depending on the size of your files.
