what?
go check used prices for 2500k, 2600k and 2700k
I'm not a user of eBay, even less of the American site so I have no idea which of the prices are legit. $50~100 for i7, $40~90 for i5. What are you trying to say?

you're making a poor recommendation if you're strictly telling the OP to purchase old gen i7 at much higher cost than a 2500k when it's more than enough to play the games he listed. Ofc if he could get i7's as cheap as i5's then he should go for it. Otherwise, nn to waste dump money on it when he's gonna have to upgrade cpu/mobo/ram next anyway.
If this was your point, what did you mean by

2500k/2600k fixed go do Ur hmk boy
?
Didn't see any fixing done by you, unless you're trying to tell me that 2700K is not an option.
And as for your response to Incendiary, I doubt all OP ever does is just plays PoE. I sure as hell have stream(s) or video(s) open in the background quite often, having an old i7 vs an old i5 is obviously a lot more useful in daily life of Windows gaming if they're even $40 from each other. Buying an old i5 today means he wont enjoy playing BF1 or any other CPU hogging game, might as well get 30%~ more processing power for generic multitasking.
