well g skill 2x8 is cheraper (higher speed too) so

technically youre wrong

Not sure why you are trying to be so difficult. You'll notice Newegg is the only site selling the G.Skill that cheap and it keeps fluctuating between in-stock and out of stock because that price is a one time sale, so it doesn't display on PCPartpicker when it's out of stock. He can pick what he wants, but RAM speed past 2133 will never be noticeable by a human, that would strictly be more for bragging rights.
Fact of the matter is he had a 1050ti, 8gb of ram, and a worse non-modular psu picked out for himself and this build will out perform that while still maintaining his budget and looking good.

were difficult because its our duty to be, to guarantee they get the best they can for the money.
1% gains are still 1% gains.

I actually wasn't trying to be difficult I was curious about why he picked that ram

But when I build a pc (specifically a budget pc)

I filter for what I'm looking for, in this case 2x8gb ram

Then sort lowest first.

So I was confused. I like to know why people do things, how they think.

But yes, you are correct, as usual. No homo.

don't worry have the people on this site hate me cause i'm direct and blunt and do the same shit, which is wondering why people do what they do.
I think whats really crazy is how they can read something on the Internet and perceive what the intentions were.

lol why no homo? 20 bucks is 20 bucks.

Here is a pretty substantial build that should boot fast, suit all your needs, and handle any higher end gaming you would like.
This is also on a Z270 series Mobo, so should you want to upgrade to RGB components or a better processor later all you would need is a CPU + AIO.
As for the sound card you mentioned in the OP, it has been proven time and time again that a sound card really doesn't produce any noticeable differences when gaming. Most of the testing i've seen done on youtube was also while wearing $300+ headsets which would definitely exceed your price cap.

You will need to use the rebates and purchase Windows 10 Pro with an online code to stay underneath the $750 price cap though.
/e and no a static bracelet is not worth $10. Have built hundreds of PC's without a hiccup. Just don't put it together on the carpet or wear any materials that generate a lot of static in dry weather.

that case doesn't have any drive bays, he wants to have a dvd drive.
