Overclock is when you take your hardware and run it faster than it came. If a processor is 3.5 ghz, and you changed it to run at 4.5 ghz, that is overclocking. overclocking generates more heat as it uses more electricity, so you need advanced cooling.
Benchmarks are like exams in school. It's a synthetic workload (meaning it asks the hardware to work like it would in normal use) and then it gives you a score based on how well it completed the work. This allows us to compare hardware a little bit better.
There are new graphics cards coming out in a month or two, if you can be patient, I would wait for them and see how the pricing is :)
Currently nvidia will launch a Gtx 1070 and 1080 at 380 dollars and 600 dollars, respectively. Idk how many euros that is, but the 1070 may be in your budget.
AMD will be launching the equivalent of an R9 470 and a 480 about the same time, they should be cheaper if you are looking to save some money.
I will be looking forward to buy Gtx 1070, I could buy 1080 but my connection to internet is not good so why would I want it to be a lil better? I think 1070 would fix my needs and will be a lot better than the current one which has like 2-3 years already
