No, it means I wouldn't trust that power supply to use with strong cards that require lots of power, or anything OC related

by that you mean that if I upgraded my pc it will be useless? cause it costed me 1200 euros like 3-4 years ago...
will the pc improve a lot with a newer card? which one would you recommend?

So would you suggest to buy a recent one but not the new graphic cards coming out this summer due to the power of my computer? Is it not enough? I mean if budget is quite high I would rather a recent one that works great aswell its np ny connection is pretty shitty anyway so..

650w is more than enough for a single GPU with an Overclocked CPU & GPU. Just dont go super crazy on the OC is all.

The new Nvidia cards were announced the other day, $379 for the 1070 (June 10th release) $599 for the 1080 (may 27th release)

Both of them are VERY power efficient.

Whats the OC
Im sorry :)
And is it a huge difference between 1070 and 1080? I might buy 1070 then seems like a fair price for a nee graphic card

Overclock = OC

There's no benchmarks out yet for the 1070/1080.

Overclock is when you take your hardware and run it faster than it came. If a processor is 3.5 ghz, and you changed it to run at 4.5 ghz, that is overclocking. overclocking generates more heat as it uses more electricity, so you need advanced cooling.
Benchmarks are like exams in school. It's a synthetic workload (meaning it asks the hardware to work like it would in normal use) and then it gives you a score based on how well it completed the work. This allows us to compare hardware a little bit better.

There are new graphics cards coming out in a month or two, if you can be patient, I would wait for them and see how the pricing is :)
Currently nvidia will launch a Gtx 1070 and 1080 at 380 dollars and 600 dollars, respectively. Idk how many euros that is, but the 1070 may be in your budget.
AMD will be launching the equivalent of an R9 470 and a 480 about the same time, they should be cheaper if you are looking to save some money.

I will be looking forward to buy Gtx 1070, I could buy 1080 but my connection to internet is not good so why would I want it to be a lil better? I think 1070 would fix my needs and will be a lot better than the current one which has like 2-3 years already :)

Your connection to the internet does not have anything to do with your graphics card, so if you can afford a 1080 and it performs well, get it!

Though you are right, the 1070 or any next gen card should be better than your 660 :)

Additionally, Grab the solid state drive :)
