2. Then, move the slider to 40-60% or until the noise gets on your nerves

3. Then click: Apply
4. Then a tad further left, click: Apply overclocking at system startup
The GTX 960 should run a lot cooler as well. But you can use MSI Afterburner, to crank up the vid card's fan speed on the 5850, then on the GTX 960./ee The other reason vid cards run hot, it that ya need to blow all the dust out of them...the same as the CPU cooler and heatsink and the case fans.
