More expensive mobo for when u upgrade ur CPU to 4690k (a cpu recommended for even some 1k builds, will come down in price depending on when you upgrade to it :) )
Hyper 212 evo would be for the 4690k when u get it, its a CPU cooler for like $30

Well its not a big price jump so tahts nice, but ifi can get a 45$ one taht wil oc fine with the cpu then ill probably go with that, if i have to upgrade ill be mad and will probably wanna start over anyway.

I nee dmore info tho because now i still have to deal with how to get an affordable copy of windows 7 or greater,

an then i have to find a monitor and learn how resolution works http://www.amazon.com/Envision-Professional-Series-EN7750-Monitor/dp/B000FG1KFI i had thatone for years but it died awhile back and now im using an even oler one thats 15'', not sure if this kin of buy is necessary, maybe one of you can enlightment me a bit.

i can play a game in 1080p, with a monitor that doesnt even support 1080p native resolution, thats the graphics card doing too much work yes? Or i can have a shit video card and play a game in 768, with a monitor thats capable of 1080p, in which case my video card isnt working hard, but the monitor isnt doing all it can i think. Then there is size to consier, idk if i need a 19 inch, or a 25 inch one, i think the biggest monitor ive had was probably a 17 inch lol, and it had 1280/1080 native res on it, i dont think i need any more than that for my desktop anyway, and i definetly dont need more than that for league or csgo.

any info on this topic wud be apprciated, ill get back to the build as the 12th appraoches, because while you can save a dollar here or there, id really like to order all of that stuff from newegg at one time, and maybe they can ship it all in 1 or 2 boxes so i can get this all out of the way in one shot(hopefully it all goes to plan).

for now it seems im goign with this http://pcpartpicker.com/user/blunderwonder2/saved/GCFv6h or something very close that.
its cheap, it will run all the games i play very well, and probably can even play some newer titles that ill never own anyway. Its also a significant improvement to my current system with regards to things like ram and loading, the ssd, the os, etc etc.

/e i wanna thank all of you again for the help so far, i feel like ive gotten alot of the bigger concerns out of the way, at this point im starting to consier things like how many fans will the case come with, and what kind of monitor will i need, how am i gonna get windows installed and the like, so in only a day, ive made SUBSTANTIAL progress from where i was really leaning towards a prebuilt pc.

I would just get the cheapest 1080p monitor and run everything off the card in that resolution
im a little picky though, would shoot for 22"+, backlit, under 5 ms or lower ;)

I wouldn't worry about fans at this point, that is something that can be purchased later if/when you have some cash laying around and you feel the stock ones aren't pulling their weight, or there aren't enough of them :)

windows is easy to install ;)

i know i could figure it out, but it seems like a bit of a hoop to jump through for saving a little cash, i cud get a key for 25$ but then ur delaing with shady resellers and cud easily be ripped off. And for waht anyway, i can buy some of this used, run a memory test, a harddrive test, and a cpu test, and if all that stuff is working order and good condition, aside from the harddrive its likely to last me alot longer than the time it takes to become obsolete, im using a 15 yr old computer and the ram and cpu are still chugging along like i bought them yesterday.

with regards to the fans though, im not sure what comes stock so, im worried if it only has 1 case fan, it might not be enough for a 750ti and that cpu, i mean if i try to do something like play overwatch on it at low settings or something, what happens when i max out the cpu/gpu. My pc now has 2 case fans and that seems like plenty, but 1? idk.... and if the case that comes with only has room for 1 case fan im kind of locked into that situation. Im still considering building it myself, but the windows crap worries me a bit too much, and id like to just have a cd on hand anyway.. If someone can pm me or link me instuction for all that daz crap i may end up changing my mind on this and building it all, but only if it seems easy enough.

for now thats what im goign with, i may or may not swap out the gpu with a 750 ti isntead, it depends on the reading i do. i feel like i can get a better gpu than the 750ti and still have the cpu ever be the bottleneck, they just upped the price on that used one so its just as cheap for me to build my own i guess, i can probably get an ssd for 5 bucks more instead of that 1tb drive. The only thing left to do now is watch some mroe videos on putting allt his together, and deciding if thats a good enough case/mobo, cause i dont really understand the quality they offer besides cosmetics. If anyone can offer advice or opinions on why that mobo/case should be improved please let me know, cause tahts the kind of performance review that i dont really understand.

If anyone has any thoughts on that build plz let me know, its getting to the 11th hour im gonna be buying this in the next week or so.

also, is 8 gigs of ram enough? that mobo only has 2 slots, so if i buy the 8 gigs now, i wont be upgrading without losing what i paid for the original 8gigs. Ill be running windows 7 or 10 i havnt decided yet, is 8 gigs enough to game, have some browser crap up, and game?
