1 - get rid of that 120mm radiator especially for an AMD cpu. Switch to a 240mm or 280mm like an H100i GTX or Kraken X61.

Use either Noctua fans, ugly as hell but quiet and powerful, or run strictly Corsair SP120s If you want white fans with good static pressure look at NZXT, I forget the model, AF120 or something like that.

Get a Grid+ fan controller from NZXT and download CAM software = one of the best fan controllers on the market right now.

If you don't want to switch AIOs then at least put your fans in a push/pull configuration.

you can use alternate program than cam
I have a low resource one that has been taken down prolly from nzxt butand a guy(RoelGoossens) on ocn has one using hwmonitor

and noctua has other colors now
