Yep, don't even bother trying to OC with it. Already iffy enough for casual use.

Only rosewill psu that are good is the old capstones or hive, rest is trash

I would return it and find a different power supply if I were you. There just isn't a reason to put anything in your system at risk to save 20 dollars.

As for the Psu...
I can't find any information on that power supply but it's made by the company Andyson which is a questionable manufacturer. They have typically made bad units according to what I have researched.
Additionally, rosewill does not have a history of quality, with the exception of what Secksii said.

Either way, you get the idea, for a PSU best to go with what's been proven to be good, over wondering "what if"

Not exaggerating. It won't blow up Ur build, but it will die a lot sooner with also the risk of damaging Ur other components such as mobo. Andyson is not known to make quality parts.
