Nay. Way overpriced. And you have no idea what kind of shitty PSU might be in that thing. Hell, I threw together a quick build using the same basic class of components as that one has (I went for cheap stuff, for a price comparison view, not what I would actually spec out in a real build), and it came up over $200 cheaper. I'd recommend doing that, so we can get a REAL build for you. That case was just something I quick-clicked because it was cheap. I probably wouldn't spec that one as part of a build.

Plenty of room under budget here; you could fit a GTX 980 easily under your budget, but may not be necessary with that game list. The i7 will help with better frame rates when streaming.
