looks good but id get this powersuppl instead

http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-ATX12V-Supply-120-G1-0750-XR/dp/B00K85X2A2/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1426208739&sr=1-3

gold rated and better quality tho the corsaircx750 is decent its not even close to the quality of the evga g1 gold

get this mobo for 10$ more

http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GA-Z97X-GAMING-Gaming-Networking-Motherboard/dp/B00K2RQDXY/ref=sr_1_14?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1426208912&sr=1-14

the case unsure if u wanna spend more.

rest seems good

No to the power supply
You sure you want that case so much? Better options imo

Which power supply should I get? Prefer modular.

look above for that price point you wont find better fully modular g1 japanese caps 750watt 80+gold

or you can go witha 80+ rated bronze 850 watt supernova b2 mostly modular design made by superflower in korea high quality innards. both the 750 and 850 i recommanded are quite good

http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Supernova-Supply-Certified-110-B2-0850-V1/dp/B00KYK1CC6/ref=sr_1_16?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1426210503&sr=1-16

the 750 watt gold has 10 years versus 5 years warranty with the 850watt model.

also the 850 has 100 watts more.

both are good, witch ever you choose ull be set.

No games in the near future will utilize the ht cores of the i7 unless u multi task or stream or do professional design I don't see how ud benefit from an i7 but your call and money. I still think an i5 4690k be great for your needs. Most would agree
