Lol I do this too but I never used a strap. Hell when I prepare to take my rig to a friends house I'll pull the gpu out without discharging the psu, and I'm on carpet the whole time

back when i use to put on the strap ( no homo ) it actually made me feel weird. didn't like the sensation. so i stopped using it.

If can strap to ankle it's not so bad but on the wrist it's super annoying, always in the way. I don't use 'em anymore, just try to prevent static from happening in the first place. I built my last PC on a glass table on a wooden floor, np.

horse shit.

go get 80 psi and taper it down to a small straw and put it next to you, itd probably cut a hole in your skin.

ive cleaned out a shit ton of electrical cabinets with air regulated down to 5psi and it cleans out just fine.

can you use higher? yeah but 5psi will blow out everything in your case just fine.
