Last question I guess. What the hell does shit like this mean?

"Microsoft Windows 8.1 64-bit English 1-Pack OEM with DVD"
"Microsoft Windows 8 Professional System Builder OEM DVD 64-Bit"

I don't know which 8.1 to get really. Whats the tldr on what OEM and System Builder are/is?

Like this guy here is what I see people getting.

Its not the kinda 8.1 that you get on amazon. I don't understand what the difference is I guess.

The OEM version is just the installation disc and the product key. The retail kit comes with a jewel case, instruction manual, and warranty information.

As for OEM with DVD versus Professional System Builder OEM, they're the same thing. However, one is Windows 8 while the other is Windows 8.1

Do CPU's come with that cement shit included? Was looking at some amazon CPU's and the cement was shown as a frequently bought together.

The heatsinks usually come with the paste either pre-applied or in a packet.

/e
Although the quality of the paste can greatly vary, but it generally isnt an issue with normal use.

Is what I have.

How does something like like above compare to.

The specs are more or less the same aside from a few small things. So what is different about these boards?
