I'd also recommend the shinobi, i'd say it's the best out of the cases you mentioned. Only couple more $ from your $58~ case budget.

if you are not ordering anything else from direct canada add a case fan or something to bring it over 50$, they have terrible shipping prices otherwise

Yeah, I thought that might be a good idea. Already placed my main order through them.
