Okay
What graphics card do you recommend?

http://www.canadacomputers.com/product%5Finfo.php?cPath=43%5F557%5F558&item%5Fid=042852 gigabyte
http://www.canadacomputers.com/product%5Finfo.php?cPath=43%5F557%5F558&item%5Fid=034447 Sapphire <-- kinda pricey but if the other two are complete garbage I'll take this

and what power supply do you recommend?

That MSI would be great, you shouldn't have to worry too much about cooling in a single card set up so that extra money for that gigabyte would be wasted.

Any of those have MIR?

Oh ok, ya you should get that MSI then.

But MIR take a while to get there and actually use, so keep that in mind because the gigabyte might be a better value for you.
