Thank you for your more specific feedback
I have taken it into account and came up with this:
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/M8LNmq

Instead of the b450 Mainboard I took the x470. The b450 means: if I want real M2 I can choose and either not use second sata HDD or not have any PCI ports left - depending on where I socket the M2
I didn't like that, because if the onboard wlan is bad I want to have at least the possibility to use another card via PCI. At least if I understood that correctly.

Since the price for the x470 with wifi is about the same as without +PCI card I think it better if I use the dedicated wifi with extra antenna

I have changed the processor according to your suggestions, which is nice.
I got another suggestion regarding the case (being a silent version with extra dust filters)
I also got the power supply from a friend as a gift so I'm gonna use that.
The old HDD exists and maybe I'm putting it in for some extra storage if I want?!

I changed the keyboard to mechanical and nontenkeyless
However I like the idea of dedicated macro keys on the left side so I went for the tactile mechanical (rather) quiet Gaskill ripjaw

I'm not sure what exactly makes the Cloud 2 Headphones better than the Logitech tho.

Now I'm just a little bit unhappy with the budget

€ after I read what u did there I notice I'm not as far off anymore

I forgot:
I could use a cheaper M2
However since the M2 in the build above is about twice as big AND twice as fast
I think it may be the better deal and can be seen as solid investment
I will be able to use this in the years to come

€ oh you have been much faster than me. Need to read first

Using an NVME SSD only disables 2 of the 6 SATA ports, you're still fine to use and NVME SSD, and up to 4 Sata drives with B450. You also still selected a B450 board, just saying...
The cloud2 will have better drivers (better sound), and better build quality as well (won't break or short as easily).
A good airflow case will be just as good as a noise reduction case. Gamer's nexus did a video about this where the ability to cool easier and just run fans at a lower RPM will near equalize higher sound in a noise dampening case. Not to mention less wear on the fans. I have the define C case (a meshify with a shittier airflow front panel), and and it stays plenty quiet with my set fan curve.
What is your old hard drive..? The Toshiba or the mx500??
The keyboard you chose isn't in stock near you, and the one I linked is also mechanical...

You do realize that m.2 is a connection type/form factor and not the transfer interface right? There are regular SATA solid state drive in the same form factor as NVME drives, but NVME use PCI instead of SATA, that's why they are faster.

I just realized I posted the wrong build above

https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/BxYyzY

Regarding the PCI slots.
Check your build with the b450
It says there is potential issues regarding additional satas or PCI
Depending on where you put the m2

If that's not an issue I may as well get the cheaper device

The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated with a PCIe-based M.2 drive, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled.

SATA 6 Gb/s

You're so fucking dense, I'm done trying to help. Enjoy your shitty build have fun when it under performs and leaves a shitty taste in your mouth; you asked for it.

subjective, build quality I dont know because the clouds do have its issues too
and g430 has dolby and dts surround which is nice but that is another preference
I know you can get all vss free nowdays though

Wenn can help each other out here
You can HELP me making SUGGESTIONS for my new PC. EXPLAIN where and why my assumptions are faulty
I can help you understand that not everyone is as versed in hardware as you are. I can also help you understand that insulting them and being grumpy about them not accepting your every word as true is indeed being dense. It's also not helpful.
If you want people to agree to you and listen to you or if you just want to help - the best way about this is not getting mean or angry.
Your internal response to my knowledge of hardware amazes me

Actually my setup is pretty much like your setup.
The only big difference is the x470 and b450

Regarding this. The data slots don't seem to be a problem. However the selected b450 only supports ddr4 up till below 3k Hz? It's cheaper and has onboard wifi, so my dedicated wifi would be possible but optional
However I'm not sure regarding the long run if I shouldn't use the x470 for potential easier upgraded in the future?

I also am not sure about the monitor. What was your thoughts picking the 23,6“ ?
