It's not gonna fry unless you submerge the thing in water or intentionally short something out as long as you use a surge protector (in the case your house has a major power surge). Even then, the PSU, Mobo, and CPU will all have overpower protection built in...
That being said, payment plans are dumb and a waste of money. If you can't afford it now, you'll just end up selling it in 6 months when you can't make the payments because that's the personality of the kind of people that buy shit on payment.
If $1800 is too much, start lower and add to it as you go. You could build something that can stream fortnite at 720p while playing in 1080p for like $1k USD (FYI, most streamers that aren't sponsored only stream at like 480p 60 or 720p 30). 720p looks fine for a stream as long as it isn't laggy (ie bad upload speed).

um its a cyberpower if u ever took its psu's apart it has wood and hot glue holding shit together so frying isn't quite unlikely they skimp where ever they can
