After a lot of reading on that Intel processor it has a boat load of issues including severe over heating problems

Just delid it. Very many have done it on here, it seems fairly easy. Drops the CPU temp 15-20C.

these are my two options i have come down to
amazon charges about 50$ in taxes and new eggs price is set and i have free 2 day shipping to a fed ex center.
i feel like the newegg deal is better.
or should i wait 2 more days till black friday for more sales?
