-The gpu is dual fan, meaning better cooling and the possibility of oc'ing it, it won't have any chance of thermal throttling issues either, and lastly it's cheaper so why the fuck not?
- I'd like you to find evidence that shows your panel is far Superior. Mine has a better response rate not that it matters, but spec wise it does improve it. Also cheaper yet again.
You complain about the lose of 0.8 inches but in reality bigger isn't better with 1080p, hell even on my 23 inch monitors the pixilation bugs me so I would not go bigger by any means.
I'll admit that last part will be more a person by person thing but w/e.
- Zel's wifi adapter is literally the same shit as yours but less so I opt'd for it even if it is a dollar. You both used the same HD and RAM. I don't see how I didn't mash both of your builds
and change a few things despite what you claim.
-The Mobo being small in no way effects performance but you whine cause its aesthetically unpleasing to you. Should point out this is also zel's mobo choice not mine.
- I added added a good cheap headset that will last and went lower end on zel's keyboard and mouse cause I'd personally replace those as well.
So I struggle real hard here trying to figure out how I modified your build and didn't just combine both of yours while adding my own changes.
Dell are very well known for their quality monitors, and se2416h is one of the most popular monitor choices ppl purchase. To say that monitor is a worse monitor than a rando LG monitor that's rarely purchased compared to the dell is wtf. You can tell by the overwhelming amount of reviews from verified purchased consumers, majority being satisfied with it. While the LG monitor has just a handful of review, all complaining about it being filmsy but great for the $ u pay for. However, is the $15 difference between the monitor really worth it? Just because i can't find a professional review of a rando monitor that even the reviewers feel its not worth their time to compare it with dell, doesn't mean the LG monitor is better. If it was, it'd be popular as well and selling like hotcakes which isnt the case.
maybe i should've worded it better but i really don't know how else i could word it. Let me try again,
The fact is that my tower build and your tower build are identical aside from the GPU, mobo, wifi adapter correct? This is what i was trying to explain to the OP, and im not saying u didnt use zell's parts either, just stating what the difference btwn our build is. Didn't mean to confuse you of not combining both zell and mine.
- the asus gpu is $305 + 5 shipping making it $310, and dropping it to $290 after MIR. the SC gaming is $300. A $10 difference, whether he prefers the extra fan with the difference of dealing with Asus support vs EVGA's support is up to him.
- Theres ton of atx cases that i've put in with matx mobo, which doesn't bother me. However, mx330 is one of those cases that bothered me enough to mention it, just like i would if i was gonna advise a m-atx mobo in a fractal r4 case. Maybe it sounds like im whining, but im just telling it how it is so the OP doesn't get any surprises. Im also not arguing having smaller mobo has any effect in performance, so idk why u'd even mention that.
- wifi same shit, we agree
with these "differences" in parts, we can agree that it's ultimately the same shit. the major difference is the m-atx mobo and the atx mobo which doesnt mean shit for performance wise, other than my whining.
Now the confusing part for me is that, i didn't trim the costs because of the reasons above and personally didn't have anything else to upgrade for significant change in performance. You trimmed the cost because you wanted to upgrade his temporary peripherals that he will be replacing
