Poor idea. You don't get the benefits the second gen chip offers with the b350 board.
Also, there will not be a noticeable difference in performance between the SSD's I mentioned. Only thing you would be able to tell a real world difference would be if you upgraded to an NVME SSD, and even then it's not like going from HDD to SSD.
