But yeah I have heard that both ways. Not worth upgrading GFX card with my current monitor and vice versa. I guess I need to buck up on both of them


Also change ur timings, unless u really got 2133 rams instead of 2400+

Bios, enable xmp profile or manually set the timings

To be honest your Gpu is not really something that can push more that 60 fps in 1080p. If you wanna get a 144hz monitor im afraid you will also need to update your gpu, or tank the settings all the way down.
