fyi after increasing the text size and increasing the window size to make up for it on 1440p you are just making everything bigger he needs fast reading fast looking for windows not pretty shit

could get cheaper cooler possibly lesser psu to make up for cables and 2 over 2 stand

could go ryzen 1600 too

Also 2x2 stand is what I was thinking. Ryzen 1600 fine as well. I don't know anything about solid monitor arms tho.
