You included many crappy parts, so the budget would hold a GTX 1080. <---Which isn't needed.

Ignore anyone recommending Intel. It's more expensive for marginal at best fps gains. We're talking < 10 fps on average when over 100 fps already. AMD is the better buy for 99% of situations at the moment.
