8core/16threads, 32gb 15cl ram, ssd with low power usage.
I went for simplicity. But if you want you can go for an rgb tempered case with aio watercooling still fitting your budget if you are into that.

+144.99$ you could potentially upgrade to Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB 15cl 3000mhz ram. I doubt you would ever be running so many instances.

Edit: the cpu ships with the cooler wraith spire. Which should be fairly decent. Compared to the older reference coolers for amd and intel.

Actually going 64 gb ram would be beneficial in this case.

estimated 200mb ram per client for smooth operation.
shave off 1/3 due to blackout mod.

(64 x 1024) / (200 x.66) = # of smooth clients.

Plus OS and w/e else he'd be running.

Oh in my calculation i used 120MB per instance.
equals to about 26GB RAM usage with 200 clients + OS.

Seems like you would be able to take advantage of 64GB RAM then.

Still under your original budget.

Looks pretty beast. I know I did this previously with 32GB successfully so 64 may be overkill... But better safe than sorry.

You could always run with 2x 16GB ram and add additional 2x 16GB later on if needed.
I think 64GB would be overkill as well.

(64 x 1024) / (200 x.66) = # of smooth clients. this would equal 496 clients and ofc like minus 20 clients for OS.

32GB should potentially be enough for 220 clients + OS running using those calculations.

edit: thanks for the donation!

I did the original calculation like {[(64x 1024) /200] x .66}
which is why the difference in clients I guess.
