Probably true. Didn't notice it so much like 2 years ago. But then I Googled why I sometimes I got weird lines in the middle of my monitor after that my eyes got sensitive to it. Had to enable vsync in all games until I got a gsync monitor.

Most definately not the best PC you will find, but for my budget and for what I'm mainly going to use it for (CS:GO) for now.. it should do me fine I'm hoping atleast ;)

Are you happy with your 1060 choice? Ive been hearing a lot of people raving about the rx 480 lately as its been vastly improved with the latest driver, freesync being so cheap lately, and it being a cheaper card that just outperforms the 1060.

For me, i had a bad experience with a rx280 so i dont think i could ever go back, but just wondering about u

Rx480 doesn't outperform the 1060.
They pretty even right now. But the 1060 doesn't sli while the rx480 crossfire. And the rx 480 is slightly cheaper.

What kind of problems did you have with your amd card?
Personally I have only used nvidia so far, 4 different cards.

You should at least post pictures, benchmarks etc.
But I'm glad you like your budget PC.
