and also i know those particle effects are demandful since i experience same with Age of Conan
so make sure you have enough ram, solid gfx card and plenty of speed on those cpu clocks
tbh WoW isnt as demanding as it supose to be but its MMO, means much more requirements for optimal performance

So ill be playing WoW 90% of the time

Ive been playing on a toshiba satelite laptop for like 4 years and raids are unplayable and i cant run certain dungeons without dropping too low on fps

So im building my own pc

Ive already bought compatible tower and power supply

But will this build be great to start with? Ill be upgrading over the months obviously

i would go with 16gb of ram, quad core processor, forgot those fan its useless for this build

what power supply will you use?

Don't buy a dual core
It's not 1999
It's better to hold off until you have at least $600.
It will save you money in the long run.

Ideally something like this
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ftqyQV

You don't need an optical drive or fans unless you have 0 fans in your case. If u have at least 2, put one in the front and one in the back. I think the 1050 ti is an utter waste of money - you could buy a used 960 and have roughly the same performance. I've seen them near me for 75-100. I'd check the offer up app if I were in your shoes. Can pm me any deals u find and I'll say yay or nay if u want.

You can get a decent quad core i5 for $230, would still blow that dual core away :)
Dont skimp on the cpu

1680 x 1050 monitor? Please tell me u already owned that

Nvm u already owned it seems

Don't buy the Rx 460.
Get a used 960 like I suggested
I think I said they were 75-100 in my area. App below is offer up

Link below shows comparison in perf between 460 and 960
