Not with that CPU, no fucking way.

As a note to others: Yes, CS:GO is going to run pretty mediocre on a FX-8320.

Many things can help achieve this know people with less
Simple adjustments in windows like unparking cores power settings
Etc
Etc
Game tweaks
Multicore rendering set to 2

Etc

Ok, quick update. I got a Samsung 750 Evo 250Gb SSD, game does load faster.(Not sure if im doing that right, I just slide my Steam File into the SSD drive after activating that. Since I'm using Asus mobo, they only show one option as to boot with my SSD)

So I need a new CPU now? I dont mind since I still got ~500 budget

overclock your cpu first to see
make sure you and core unpark there is utilities out there
turn off motion blur
enter cmd mat_queue_mode 2 think that is one of the commands

but if you want superior cpu, you'd need new mobo and ram
