I figured it out.

XMP ....overclocking everything was screwing everything up.

Disabled xmp, set my ram manually.

No more monitor problems and my comp boots in 10-11 secs

updated my bios as well.




XMP should just set the RAM speed. It shouldn't affect anything else.

/e It even stands for: Extreme Memory Profile

The old JDEC standard doesn't have profiles for the new, fast, DDR4 RAM yet.

When i enable or disable it changes many setting, not just for ram frequency. I tested it turning it on and off and it messed with my boot, doouble boot time plus initializing devices took super long.
