I'll swap my 4770k for 4790k for 40$ than oc it to 4.5
And I'll wait a month, sell my 970 and buy a 1080

I play on a 1080p 24'' 144hz 1ms monitor and i don't plan on playing on 2k or 4k monitor anytime soon.
I made this thread cause i'm looking for ideas .

Right now where i stand is :

Swap to 4790k and OC to 4.5
Buy GTX 1080 next month.

no point to swap chips, stay with what u have

ull hardly see any change even if over clocked, most games are built to run very well on just average comps...
