the twn frzr @304 is good price, it's silent, factory OC'd fairly, and it's red, seems like u wanna red theme.
otherwise go with 390 sapphire its quiet, or 390 powercolor if u dont mind the noise and just want performance
diff mobo like z170 pc mate if u wanna save, but i picked the m3 for aesthetics.

the 390 is more "future proof" but the games u play and monitor resolution, it doesn't really matter.
By the time u upgrade it'll be the GPU that needs replacing anyways

install OS on ssd, and games that benefit from loading fast, otherwise put everything else on ur HDD.
