You can upgrade the CPU to an I7, I don't know what chipset Kaby Lake will use.
GPU can easily be upgraded,
RAM is value RAM, no heatspreaders and in a high end build skimping on RAM is ridiculous.
NEX is EVGAs budget Gold rated power supplies. Again, the one spot you don't skimp on.

made some changes with better parts

super solid, i would choose a wd blue over a seagate drive though
unless you want to upgrade to a 2 tb, then seagate would win in that case.
personal preference though :)

Thank you. I'm told the motherboard doesn't let me over clock either. If you could spend a little more and put a better mother board in there which would you pick?

Z170 motherboardsall overclock. Also, you could go WD Blue like Penguin said.

Okay ty. It has been recommended I can save money by getting a different version of the same video card. What makes the sapphire card the one to get?

I prefer Sapphire over others for AMD cards because that's all they make. Every card I've owned from them has lasted and their customer service is quite good.

I'm leaning towards MSI or sapphire. The sapphire is really huge though. Is there customer service any good? I keep reading these horror stories about buying a faulty card and it taking 6 weeks to get a new one on new egg..power color and xfx apparently have really bad customer service.

Everybody has different experiences with each OEM. Asus was horrible to me and Sapphire has always been good. I have heard Power color has one of the worst RMA processes.

I don't deal with the returns department at newegg because I have an insider that I deal exclusively with.
